Oakwood is a Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy practice based at No. 14/15/24/34 University Court, Castletroy, Limerick. Here a team of highly trained professionals are available to deal with referrals for a wide range of psychological and emotional problems. We work with children, adolescents, adults and couples. Sessions vary in format, nature and cost based on the particular professional being attended. We work with people who are experiencing the full range of Psychological and Emotional distress. We offer a full Clinical Psychotherapeutic service, structured to suit the individual needs of our clients. Oakwood therapists include Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists and Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapists. This means that we deliver an Integrative Model of treatment drawing on the best of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Humanistic / Existential treatments as appropriate for each of our clients. Family sessions can also be undertaken as appropriate. At Oakwood we support over 400 clients per week and we aim to ensure that all clients are seen as soon as possible.
